III. Ordering on our site is just as safe as
calling us by phone. We take every
precaution to ensure that both your and our
security is not compromised.

IV. You may order by phone, fax or mail. If you would like to order by phone, please call 1-401-454-4775 Monday through Thursday, 10:00AM-5:30 PM, Friday 10:00AM - 3PM EST.

v. Judaic Traditions is required by law to collect and pay sales tax if the merchandise is shipped within the state of Rhode Island.

VI. We will be happy to add a note card to your order.
Additional cost $2.50.

VII. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship out your merchandise. If a partial shipment has been made, the full cost of shipping will be charged on the first shipment. On subsequent shipments, you will only be billed for the items which shipped at that time.

VIII. Unless, you receive an e-mail from Judaic Traditions stating otherwise, you should expect your merchandise within 2-7 business days from the time your order was placed.

IX. Judaic Traditions accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept personal, cashier checks and money orders. Merchandise paid by check will not be shipped until the check has been received. We do not ship C.O.D.

X. We do our best to make sure all the products we offer are always available for sale. Occasionally we are out of stock of a particular item. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within ASAP.

XII. Our RETURN POLICY is: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned to us within fifthteen days of your purchase, postage prepaid, for a refund. Please call us @ 401-454-4775 for a return authorization. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
